Refund Policy
Balloon Butlers will take all reasonable care to ensure the production and transportation of your order to be in good condition upon delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage once it is in the care of the recipient's hands.
However, refunds may apply under the following circumstances:
- If your balloon pops or damages during transportation under Balloon Butler's possession, and a replacement can not be given on the day
- Balloon Butlers fail to deliver your order on the scheduled day
- You've received the wrong order and a replacement can not be made on the day
- For change of mind or event cancellations, a full refund can be processed with 72 hour notice. If less than 72 hours, 15% of the total amount will be retained.
Balloons are fragile and may pop on its own due to pressure, temperature and humidity. Please take care to keep your balloons in a room with stable temperature to prevent disappointment.
We strive to take extreme care to ensure your whole order process is satisfactory, however we are only human and though rarely, errors may occur. If so, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
