Delivery occurs between 11am - 4pm, however if you have a particular time you need it by please mention it under special request when you are placing your order. We will normally accommodate but will let you know if we are unable to. If you need to be sure, feel free to reach out to us at info@balloonbutlers.com.au

Unfortunately we do not provide same day delivery but if it is extremely urgent and you have no where else to go, reach out to us and we may be able to accommodate.

Yes! Pick ups are available from our home studio at Wantirna, the address will be shown when the option is selected.

Courier will leave it at a spot deemed to be safe. However, if there is no such spot (commonly for apartments), you will be contacted and courier will wait up to 10 minutes for further instructions. However, if a resolution is not met, the arrangement will be arranged for delivery the following day and an redelivery fee will be charged. So please provide as much information as you can to assist courier with a successful delivery.

As the bubble balloon for the hampers are air-filled, it will stay inflated for weeks if not months depending on atmospheric conditions. Fluctuating temperatures, humidity and heat will affect longevity of balloon. Please take care to avoid direct flame or sharp objects especially when transporting as it is a fragile item after all and may pop! Note that we will not replace popped balloons for free once it has been delivered.

We include hi-float in all our helium latex balloons to extend the float time, depending on its atmospheric condition, they will likely stay afloat for the entire day! However, we would recommend getting the balloons as close as possible to the start of the event as they will slowly deflate after 8 - 10 hours. Though this is dependable on the atmospheric conditions like humidity and temperature.

No they are created with vinyl decals. Therefore it is normal to expect the decals to lift as the balloons gradually deflate, this happens faster with helium balloons (after 4 - 6 hours) than with air filled balloon hampers (up to months)

No. At the moment we are only servicing Melbourne metro, Victoria, Australia.

Delivery is calculated based on distance from Wantirna, VIC starting at $5.

Please contact us on info@balloonbutlers.com.au as soon as possible. We will process a full refund if your order is cancelled within 48 hours of delivery. If less than 48 hours, we will retain $15 of the total cost of the order.

As we are a fully online business, we do not have a dedicated studio for viewing. However, we aim to provide as much details and high quality photos for our products so you will know what you're getting. Feel free to reach out to us if you are after more information.
